2026 WGA MBA Contract Ratification Vote
The 2026 MBA Negotiating Committee, WGAW Board of Directors and WGAE Council have voted unanimously to recommend the tentative agreement to both Guilds’ memberships for a ratification vote.

Members can review the following 2026 MBA contract materials:
- The complete tentative agreement, which is codified in this Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
- A short Summary of the MOA.
- An FAQ addressing key provisions.
How to Vote
The 2026 MBA is subject to ratification by the combined memberships of Writers Guild East and West. Eligible WGAW members in good standing may vote online beginning at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Thursday April 16, 2026 by clicking here. Your username is your last name and your password is your eight-digit member ID number found on your Guild membership card.
The voting period will close on April 24, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PDT. Results will be announced on this website after the close of voting.
