The 2026 MBA Negotiating Committee, WGAW Board of Directors and WGAE Council have voted unanimously to recommend the tentative agreement to both Guilds’ memberships for a ratification vote. 

The WGA Negotiating Committee has negotiated a deal that puts our health plan on a sustainable path, builds on gains from 2023, increases minimums, improves residuals, and takes on free work.
